GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
The Craft Drinks Corp. provides shipping Australia wide, we don't ship to the Restricted Postcodes (see below).
Shipping also available for customers from the United States of America, United Kingdom, New Zealand, China including Hong Kong (rates will be demonstrated upon check out and depend on the order's weight).
We will be able to ship to other regions upon individual enquiry, please contact us on for that.
We reserve the right to choose shipping providers at our own discretion to provide the fastest and most cost effective way to deliver your order to you.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
We are working closely with with our shipping partners to help protect your health and safety, and that of all our staff and partners.
Limiting contact when delivering orders will help keep everyone healthy, so we’re working with the shipping partners to support ‘contact-free delivery’. This is how contact-free delivery works:
Drivers will keep as much distance from you as possible.
Drivers will knock on your door, place your parcel at your doorstep and step back as far as possible for you to collect it. They will ask your name and sign for delivery on your behalf. If you’re required to present an ID, they will sight from a distance.
We recommend selecting Authority to Leave for your delivery where possible.
If you are unable to choose Authority to Leave and not present, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office as usual where additional precautions are being taken.

PROOF OF AGE
In order to comply with liquor laws an adult over the age of 18 years must be present to accept the delivery and may be required to present appropriate identification.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email with a tracking number for your order and a link to track the status of your order.
We are unable to deliver to the following restricted postcodes:

Return and Refund Policy
DAMAGED ORDERS AND RETURNS
In the event you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged or faulty goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, or change your mind, you can send your order back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund excluding shipping costs (if applicable) if you return the goods in their original condition. You will be required to pay the return shipping.
Please contact us to let us know to expect your return and return your goods to The Craft Drinks Corp., 3 Tom Close, Lisarow NSW 2250. We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete.
Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card banking institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 3 Tom Close, Lisarow NSW 2250.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
